Nicole Malbrough

As Assistant Head of Complex & Specialty Claims, Nicole manages and oversees complex insurance claims and coverage matters involving specialized policies and programs across commercial and specialty lines of business. During her nearly 25-year career, Nicole has garnered extensive experience handling and managing a wide variety of claims arising under professional liability, commercial general liability, transactional liability, and property & casualty policies. Nicole also has considerable experience representing domestic and London Market insurers in complex coverage disputes and coverage litigation involving myriad coverage issues in state and federal courts throughout the country. Her experience also extends to assisting insurance clients with effective claims handling practices, drafting of policy wordings, and implementing risk management strategies. Nicole received her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was selected as a member of Moot Court.
