Patricia Caracci

As a member of the ideal3 Leadership Team, Patricia serves as President, Chief Claims Officer, directing the organization's claims function and providing business risk management and supervisory oversight for our Claims Attorneys and Claims Professionals. Ideal3's clients will benefit from Patricia's extensive legal and claim background, which includes over 25 years of experience representing domestic and London based insurers in litigation and claims involving specialized policies and programs across commercial and specialty lines of business. Patricia has broad experience in complex insurance claims and coverage litigation and has obtained numerous favorable trial verdicts, summary judgment rulings, and negotiated resolutions on behalf of insurers in jurisdictions throughout the country. Throughout her career Patricia has imparted analytical and strategic assistance and oversight for best practices to her insurance partners in Claims, Underwriting, Actuary, Risk Management, and Product Development, with the goal of achieving the best possible total claim outcome for clients and customers. Patricia received her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the DePaul Law Review and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award.
