Kelly Yates

During his 25 years in the industry, Kelly Yates has led teams handling claims in more than 30 states, as well as in the US Virgin Islands and Mexico. His experience includes claims and litigation management in General Liability, Excess Liability, Commercial Property, BOP, Homeowners, Commercial and Personal Auto, and a variety of specialty programs in both the admitted and E&S markets.

In prior leadership roles with two insurance carriers, Kelly established and fostered relationships with Managing General Agents, General Agents, and Third-Party Administrators to ensure effective claims management for specialized programs. His leadership style focuses on communication, service, and developing and supporting claims professionals.

Kelly has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations from The Institutes.
