Brad Bernau

As Executive Programs Officer and member of ideal3's Complex Claims Team, Brad manages and coordinates the defense of complex liability and contingency insurance claims for the sports, leisure, entertainment, and amusement industries. Before joining ideal3, Brad practiced law for 17 years, serving clients in both the domestic and London-based insurance markets in matters involving General Liability, Errors & Omissions, Employment Practices Liability, and Executive Programs Officers & Officers lines of coverage. Brad has also litigated a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts and has served as outside general counsel and nation-wide claims counsel for clients in both the insurance and recreation industries.
