Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will involve handling liability claims from inception through resolution. You will drive investigation, analysis, and strategy in a creative and collaborative environment to achieve resolution fairly, efficiently, and economically. You will be conducting thorough investigations, interviews, and document reviews to establish and recommend accurate reserves and make settlement recommendations based on the most likely outcome given all available information. You will be responsible for providing our clients with timely reporting and recommendations and will work proactively with defense counsel, insureds, brokers, and carriers, including managing litigation strategy, to assess, evaluate, and resolve claims by assessing, evaluating, and negotiating settlements. Training will be provided.

Education and Experience:

​

• Licensed attorney. License must be active and in good standing in any state.

• Insurance industry experience, including CGL or PL experience a plus.

• Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and other applications.
