But staying connected and engaged in a fully remote office is crucial to maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. That's why we prioritize connectedness through regular virtual meetings, instant messaging, and video conferencing. In fact, our entire company meets every week to ask questions and learn from each other. And some of our team members travel together for industry conferences and client meetings.
We also make time for fun. On our company blog, we share recipes and pictures of our families, hobbies, and pets. We chat about TV, books, and movies. Team members who live near each other meet up for coffee or lunch. And we all get together in person once a year for a week-long summit in Minnesota where we bond with a mix of business, pleasure, and community service. Past summit activities include wine tasting, golf, live concerts, good eats, and engaging professional development sessions.
