Carolina Mitchell

Carolina serves as a Team Lead on ideal3’s Self-Insured Retention (SIR) Claims Team, where she manages claims involving injuries at recreational venues. In her role, Carolina also supports claim professionals, oversees complex claim strategy, and contributes to overall team performance. Carolina is a licensed insurance adjuster in the state of Minnesota and fluent in both English and Spanish, which she leverages in communicating with Spanish-speaking claimants. She is known for her strong negotiation skills, achieving early resolutions when warranted, and defending claims with integrity when litigation is necessary. Prior to joining ideal3, she worked in legal operations for the Cook County Attorney’s Office in Minnesota and held client-facing roles in the banking industry.
